The most important and deciding factor in our decision was the personal attention we received from the staff at Chapel Heights. Connie provided us with all the information we needed to make this important decision for my aunt. Not only is Connie a nurse but she’s in charge of running the entire facility. She still found the time to call me and answer all my concerns.
